When you know yourself, you can make better life choices which ultimately spirals throughout our communities.

I am someone who would be considered centred and well-grounded, who has a calming personality and loves to help. I have mastered a sense of self-discipline having competed as an athlete in track and field for over 30 years and still going. I have also worked in quality assurance for many years focusing on continuous improvement and personal and professional growth. I bring this developed expertise and mindset to each and every moment.
