Q&As

I have a special interest in working with Trauma, which often comes in a package with Anxiety, Depression, Anger management, addictions, disordered eating, insomnia, etc. I enjoy the challenge of having to manage several mental health challenges, and love to see my clients grow and heal.

Having grown up in a dysfunctional family and as such having dealt with severe trauma myself throughout the years, I felt that my own journey of healing has now become my superpower as a therapist as I have empathy for my clients and understand how hard it can be to recover.

Life is life. Sometimes we connect with a complete stranger instantly, other times we take months or even years to eventually give up and realize we just don't connect well. I would say, let's connect and you can decide for yourself whether you feel like this is a good fit for you. If so...let's get started with therapy! If not, let me help you find someone who can help you...don't feel bad, it's normal.

I provide services online via Zoom if the client is unable to come in to the session room.

All our staff have been vaccinated. We keep hand sanitizer at the entrance, as well as on my desk and practice social distancing in the session room. Online Sessions are also an option.
