Went for lunch for a work Christmas function, we waited almost an hour for our meals. 5 of us had burgers, the fries were over cooked, the burgers were dry, and all of us felt very sick after the meal. Wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Whether you’re in the mood for a casual catch up or an intimate dinner, our restaurant and bar is fit for any occasion. Our food and beverage menus change seasonally and feature fresh, locally sourced produce.

Unfortunately no, we are a function and dinning venue and do not offer outside catering.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID Policy
On 17th December 2021, the QLD Government is set to lift COVID-19 related restrictions on many hospitality businesses provided that all staff and patrons are fully vaccinated.
In line with this mandate, from 17th December, Darling & Co will require that any person entering the premises who is over the age of 16 will be required to carry proof of their vaccination status and be prepared to show this on request.
We recommend downloading the Check In QLD app and linking your COVID-19 digital certificate through the app for a quick and easy way to come on in.
Anyone over the age of 16 who is unable to show a double vaccination status will be refused entry.
Please, we implore you to be kind and patient with our staff and each other whilst these new measures are being implemented. We don’t make the rules, but in order to open our doors, we must abide by them.
