What do you love most about your job?
As a cleaning company our aim is to make our customers happy. We can make them happy only by providing a high quality service to their requirements. Seeing our hard work paid off is what we love about our job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked with many cleaning companies as a cleaner and a supervisor before I start my own business. I found that there were so many shortcomings in the art of cleaning by most of cleaners or cleaning companies which resulted in customers not getting their money’s worth. I was able to fix them in my own cleaning style. This ability create a satisfied customer inspired me to start it on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
Before starting the business I was a cleaner doing all different types of cleaning from domestic cleaning to high end commercial properties such as shopping centres, hospitals. I have an in depth knowledge and understanding of how customers see things to be. This knowledge and understanding along with my experience gave me the confidence that I have the ability to create a happy customer with our cleaning standard.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our cleaners are trippled vaccined for Covid. This is also partly because we have a few medical facilities that we provide our services to. Our Cleaners wear PPE to any venue that we clean. We specifically prioritized cleaning and sanitizing touch points of all the venues to prevent spreading viruses.
