I started at CFC 5 weeks ago while on holidays and am now obsessed. Thanks to CFC for an awesome introduction to CrossFit. A big thanks to Eli and Matt for their friendly and supportive coaching. They guide the class through a series of progressions each class into the movements that will be used. During the workouts they provide coaching tips, but not so much that you are overwhelmed. They aren’t only coaching, they also want to get better themselves, that’s what I think a good coach should have, since they have to demonstrate the exercises. What inspired you to start your own business?
Living a fit and health-conscious lifestyle started very early for me as my parents owned 2 of the first fitness centers on the Sunshine Coast. My passion is sharing the knowledge, strategies and wisdom I have built over the last 20 years to help as many locals live their healthiest and fittest lives!
