CrossFit Ballina

I cannot speak highly enough of CrossFit Ballina. I have been with the gym for 4 years now and it is a professional, friendly and encouraging place to train everyday. The coaches make a huge effort to know individual goals, and are more than happy to assist with modifications to suit the individual on a daily basis. It has a strong community feel and welcomes people from all walks of life with open arms. I dropped into Crossfit Ballina three times during a five-day trip with my family between Christmas and New Year. Everyone was really welcoming, and the WODs and coaches were great.
