What makes a great website?
A great website is one that identifies its purpose quickly and does just that. A website that has clear navigation, fantastic usability for the customer no matter what their level of techno-understanding, or what device they're using. A design that speaks to the brand values and uniqueness - there's 1,000's of business out there that sell the same thing you do, you're different, so your website should be too.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals? What benefit do you want from the site? How quickly do you want to reach those goals? How important to your business will this site be? These are all things that you'll need to fully think about when considering the design, the platform, the features and most importantly, the budget and timeline.
What do you love most about your job?
It sounds flaky, but the look in the client's eyes when the project is revealed. The look of "Oh wow, this is something else." We strive to not just meet but exceed all client expectations when it comes to their projects and, for mine, that is the special sauce.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked for big companies, global companies that are set in their ways. They have processes and procedures that work for them, and the "top end of town." That's awesome, it works for them and more power to them. But there was a massive chunk of the market that were being abused - for lack of a better word. Too many Small to Medium Businesses, Mum and Dad stores that were being sold a lie. Being sold on the idea of internet supremacy, only to be over-charged and underwhelmed. That is where Create Macarthur was born. Bringing the experience, passion, skills and know-how of a person trained by "the big boys" to the accessible reach of those who, realistically, needed it more.

Our passion, dignity, honesty and honour. We're passionate, we're skilled and we've been around the block once or twice. We know what's possible and what's realistic. We're never going to let you believe you'll be able to do something you can't, just to win a contract. Our communication is first-rate and you're never in the dark about what's happening and when. Being 2021, in the middle of a pandemic and rolling Lockdowns, we're sure able to offer our services 100% remotely. In the internet and Zoom, we trust!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We're 100% hands-off and in certain cases, we'll never even be in the same room!
