I understand reaching out to a counsellor can feel daunting but it’s often a very worthwhile first step to make.
I offer a free 20-minute session with no obligations.
During this time we can explore what you hope to gain from therapy and whether we are a good fit to work with one another.

I offer evening and weekend appointments

I cherish my mission as a counsellor is to support you mental well being during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
Becoming a parent is an emotional rollercoaster. Pregnancy can be nerve-racking and life as a new parent can be so overwhelming. The worry of what is to come, or the stress of whether we are ‘doing it right’, the lack of sleep can all be both exhausting and anxiety-inducing.

It can also highlight other aspects of our lives that we may be experiencing difficulties with, such as relationships or learning to love a new version of ourselves.

You may have experienced a difficult pregnancy or birth and becoming a parent has not allowed you the time or opportunity to recover and process what you have been through.
It is my job to help both expectant parents and new parents with their emotional well-being and mental health.

I offer a free 20 min session where we can explore what you are experiencing and see whether we are a good fit to work together.

Are you having more bad days than good? Feeling fed-up, depressed, anxious or grieving and having trouble ‘to shake’ those difficult feelings? Perhaps you are feeling stuck or having trouble with your relationships? We can feel we ‘should’ be able to cope which can make our difficult feelings tougher and feel very isolating for you too.
I know how daunting it can be to share your thoughts and feelings with someone. Before becoming a therapist, I felt the same.

Together can create a sanctuary, a place where you can ‘come as you are’ and share what it is you are experiencing.

A time and space, just for you
