What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to gain clarity about why things are happening in their life and to be able to make positive changes quickly. Often for people who have tried other counselling / therapy options and felt like there were still issues they hadn't been able to address or change. It is a privelige to be able to provide a safe space for people to speak openly about what is happening for them and to develop effective strategies to move forward.

I am dedicated to helping you get results quickly and the techniques and strategies that I have developed over thirty years of practice will help you achieve this.
My services draw on thirty years of experience as a therapeutic counsellor and Clinical Social Worker. I have provided counselling support in private practice, childrens and adult hospitals, aged care, NDIS, EAP, Work Cover, and community and disability services in relation to a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic and complex health conditions, grief and loss and relationship issues. My approach is non-judgemental and catered to your specific situation.

Services are provided online or by phone. Online appointments are via Zoom. You just need a good internet connection. I will send you an email with the appointment link. You just click on the link to start the appointment.
