Confidence Personal Training was born of the enduring passion that David has for improving the health and lifestyle of his clients and his fitness journey and experiences. He believes in long-term and maintainable results and is a driven and understanding fitness professional, who will be in your corner every step of the way.
David's fitness journey has seen him lose 25 kg of body fat in 5 months.

• Thump Boxing Level 2 Instructor (Advanced).
• Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport Science)
• Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning), completing.
• Accredited Exercise Scientist (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).
