We engaged comuhouse to help us with some architectural drawings required to obtain a building permit for renovations we wanted to complete to our home. They also project managed the process for obtaining a building permit - liaising with structural engineer, the council etc. I found Edith to be very personable and professional. Yes we can provide services on line and remotely. To communicate with our clients and team, we use Zoom, WhatsApp groups, Signal groups, and email proactively.
Sketch Design
Sketch design is a process we use a lot to come up with ideas or put ideas together, wether yours or ours so we can come down to various directions and options to be developed into Design Development Stage.
Town Planning / Pre purchase development is also considered as part of Sketch design and we offer this service as well.
Construction Drawings and Documentation
We are proud of our accurate and detailed drawings for builders to quote/build. With more than 18 years of practices, we understand clarity and hierarchy of information provision on construction drawings and documents are critical for successful building projects.
This includes building permit drawings, specifications, as-built drawings (to be drawn up after completion of construction) liquor license drawings, evacuation plans, sales brochures, etc.
We also provide advice and cross-check service on drawings produced by other companies for your peace of mind.
