Cluey learning got in touch very quickly. They were able to answer all my questions. They setup a paid two week trial and my son has enjoyed his first session. When Cluey learning contacted me about tutoring for my son they did not mentioned that the device needed google Chrome in order to access the platform. We could not get in our first tutoring session, I managed to get to one of their support teams and they advice me of this requirement. The laptop I have does not allow me to install this software, since they were not able to provide the service they will reimburse me in full and cancel the enrolment. The session link don't always work

Used Cluey for online maths sessions when son was in primary school struggling with Maths, no improvement was made with his maths.

Worked hard to find a tutor that would suit my child and she really enjoyed the session. Even said she’s looking forward to next weeks.

I'm only at the on-boarding process, so can not yet rate the tutoring but I was impressed with Cluey's warm, engaging intake call. We chose to cancel due to alternate avenue of assistance. Cluey send you receipt of receiving request to cancel yet send you countless text messages, phone calls and emails all the while still charging you and scheduling lessons.

I highly recommend cluey learning, I have gone through a couple of different tutoring companies and haven’t seen this big of a change since only just starting. My daughter has only been with cluey for 2 months roughly and I have noticed she has a lot more confidence she likes her tutor which makes it easier for her to open up and learn when she feels comfortable with someone. Be aware they are very unprofessional company they never reply to phone calls or emails the quick to take your money and will not give her a refund they cancel and change children’s tutoring sessions do not recommend this company ever they should be ashamed of themselves

We hired a tutor through Cluey Learning for my stepson who has ADHD and is quite behind with his English. His tutor is amazingly patient with him and communicates on a level that he can connect with.
