What do you love most about your job?
The is a very deep pleasure to watch people you've worked with succeed. I am yet to work with an individual or organisation that hasn't improved or surprised themselves with what they are truly capable of. For me, this job is my purpose.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis (Say that quickly!). This Auto-immune disorder spelt the end of my career as a fighter pilot, a career I embarked upon as a 19 year old. Having no real job prospects and no interest in becoming an airline pilot, I felt the drive to help in the humanitarian sector, and the only way I could do this was to start my own business, in Afghanisation! This business was called CTG or www.ctgglobal.org.
Today it is one of the largest humanitarian companies in the world! Through that experience I developed a passion for entrepreneurialism and business, specifically the performance of the human beings in those worlds, helping them to unlock their full potential. Who wouldn't want to do this for a living?!!

People who genuinely want to succeed will find me. Often we have the drive, we just struggle with the day to day, or the fear of letting go of where we are today to make the jump into the person we need to be tomorrow to live a life of sustained success. My style of life coaching does drive significant personal accountability, so you would need to be prepared for that journey for us to work together.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For my own "living the dream" life outcomes I continue to fly jets as a Defence contractor. Through this we have rigid COVID policies and procedures. I live between the South Coast of NSW and Sydney, so I am fortunate in that I can escape from COVID. Most of my work is online.

Life is hard! No matter how successful you are. My goal as a life coach is to help you define your purpose and help build a sustainable lifestyle where you feel engaged in what you do each day.
We'll achieve this by creating clarity, building simple plans to link the years, months, and days together.
Then we'll work on how to communicate and influence those around you to align them with your plan and ultimate goals.
We'll work on some discipline around day to day execution (getting you off your electronic devices!) and explore "Flow Thinking" and focus
Finally, we'll explore the most challenging part of the program, developing the art of the debrief. Frank and fearless discussions about your own performance and building positivity by identifying daily "tweaks" or objectives, to focus your day to day. The idea being we improve your effectiveness and efficiency up to three times! Yes, it can be done!

For over 15 years I have been a founder. Founding four successful businesses that have been successfully grown and sold.
Starting or growing an existing business is a process, a process that equips you with the ability to adapt as the world around you changes, to find an opportunity where others don't.
Starting or running your own business is also quite a lonely endeavour, often we are so close to the business we fail to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
