I enjoyed Sebastian's flexibility with my request and his personal approach. He provided a three-course dinner with crockery and cutlery at a family event with 17 adults and four children. He was punctual and professional, while taking a genuine interest in the family nature of the event. Byron, the waiter Sebastian recommended, also delivered an excellent service. I had been hesitant as to whether we needed the extra cost of a waiter but he ended up being essential to the night going well!
