AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
*NOTE* They ONLY have 5(?!?!?!) and ONE star reviews... what was I thinking?! Would give zero stars if I could. Also the majority of their 5 star reviews? Not surprisingly come from people who have reviewed often only 1 business. Such a bunch of scammers.
I think I posted this on the wrong entity, however they called me, so must be the same.
They are trying to cancel less than 36 hours from the clean. Not a cheap clean either, $650.... Will see if they bail like the other one star reviews have said they do... Via TEXT, no less. Couldn't even call me to say "Sorry, we screwed up, here is what we can do".
Just "yeah, we aint coming" Incredibly unprofessional, wish I never decided to go with them.
Edit 1: They called me, apologised, offered a discount ($25) and "found" someone to come out "one of the best"
Edit 2: The clean was substandard.
Edit 3: I asked for a refund, they refused and said the house requires maint (it does) but that has NOTHING to do with the complaints I made. Floor not vacuumed, floor not mopped, window sills not wiped down, light switches not wiped down. To be clear, my issue was dust, so they must not have even touched it.
Edit 4: Photos. The house is EMPTY!!! FFS.

Only gave one star because otherwise I could not review! Exceptionally poor standard of cleaning, two weeks later still trying to get exit clean finalised, basic exit clean standard far from acceptable with very obvious tasks incomplete & promised refund not given. Bad start by confirming clean date and time, then ringing at 8pm the night before trying to confirm for a completely different time. Requested the initially booked time, was argued with, staff arrived late, unloaded then left again to return an hour later. Did not check residence prior to attending& argued outside windows could not be cleaned as they were too high, did not do the windows they could reach, emptied filthy carpet cleaning water down the driveway, rubbish left in driveway, toilet not touched, window sills not dusted, the list goes on &on! Almost $1000 spent for basically nothing& there'd have been. less stress if I'd just done the job myself! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! 😤 More...

Requested deep clean as haven’t been able to do heavy work since an accident. 2 cleaners without proper equipment. My windows and floors were left much dirtier than before they started. Not all skirtings or doors were done. Shower screens untouched. It didn’t matter how long they took or the price which was $522.50 for 2.5 hrs x 2 people. They should not be in business. No show for a reclean on 2 occasions and customer service is terrible. Say they’re coming to do it 15/12. One person won’t cut it. Pffft! More...

Cancelled the day before, then said they were good to go, then cancelled after they were supposed to arrive for an urgent bond clean. No idea, no apology, no right to be in business. More...

Calibre cleaning quoted over $500 for an end of lease cleaning for my deceased mothers property. Said the cleaners would arrive between 1-2pm. One cleaner arrived after 5pm and did not start cleaning until 5:30pm. She called the other cleaner to tell her that the property was very clean and she could manage. Carpet cleaning was done with a small cheap model Bisell cleaner and was inadequate. No outside sweeping was done or windows. It was 9 pm when cleaner finished however i had to wait in the cold and dark for all that time as she couldn’t leave by front door due to steps (for reasons not included in this post as the actual cleaner was good except for carpets). So in all i paid for 3.5 hours, $147 per hour!!!! Customer service has not followed up to refund me any money or address my concerns. VCAT HERE WE COME! More...
