What do you love most about your job?
Happy, well feed customers. When we receive the feedback that "everyone said it tasted amazing", that puts a smile on our faces.... and smiling is a great end result!
What inspired you to start your own business?
So we could be in control and aim higher in the quality of our product (higher than some). It may cost us a little more, but simple think like using a tripple smoked ham, rather than the cheapest thig available, makes all the difference in how it tastes.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do our best to give you what you want/need. If you're having trouble trying to figure out how much food you need, we'll help with advice on numbers. If you have challenging dietary requirments, we'll take on that challenge (I think our most challenging was 36 dietary options amongst 63 attendees!!).
And we're a small, Adelaide based, family run business.

Online? Not really. It' food!! lol

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Although Covid 19 restrictions no longer exist in catering, we can offer individual serves in many areas of what we do. We currently have a range of "Lunch Box" options but are happy to get creative where we can.
As for hygiene, we didn't need covid to already be excellent at this!
