I can’t believe twelve months has now passed since completing the course! Looking back, I can really appreciate the training more now than ever.

You were able to quickly identify my style of management and the inherent problems that style faces when dealing with various types of employee.
Whilst working through these issues in a general fashion was very helpful it was definitely the live coaching assisting with real world issues that was most impressive. Having someone of your calibre apply there substantial management experience to the conflicts and performance issues facing my team, is still yielding benefits to this day.

I love the challenge of starting something new - I started the first business at the same time I fell pregnant with my first, so I thought if I can do both successfully, I can do anything in life 3 and 6 successful startups later I am loving helping others bring their passion to life

Because we have "been there, done that" we are not consulting on hypothetical or theories, we are consulting from experience, but to be honest, also because wont compromise our honesty, and we will say NO and suggested healthy alternatives, We won't take your money if we dont think your idea or goal is achievable.
