What’s your signature dish?
All Italian food! Northern and southern Italian dishes are our specialty. Plus memorable cocktails.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen. We really listen and get to understand what you want. Then we make sure we add some twists you didn’t expect.
What do you love most about your job?
The smiles and gratitude, and always going that extra step. We love nailing the brief and giving you something extra!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We’ve been in hospitality for several decades, and we wanted to get into something a little different... so we bought a bus! We fitted it out with a full commercial kitchen, and do incredible because it makes us feel fulfilled and makes us - and you - happy!

We listen. We accomodate. We fulfil the brief, we stick to budget plus add some surprises, and we offer premium alcohol at wholesale prices. We help pull together all the elements, not just food.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have Covid safe practices in place, with QR codes and hand sanitiser and masks being worn by staff.

Delivering your alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, chilled and to your door when you hire us to cater for you. Want drinks only? We can do that too!
Bar staff
We also have drinks staff with an RSA available for events.
