How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First, I take them through a movement screen and assessment where we determine their level and map out a plan for them.
We collaborate to find the best way for them to adhere to the program and make it fun!
I make sure to keep them accountable and help them when they struggle.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I believe a body shape doesn’t determine a person’s value so I encourage my clients to think about how they would like to feel, build their strength and consistency and then the aesthetics are going to be a result of that.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see my clients fall in love with physical activity and the shine in their eyes when they achieve something they never thought possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been a coach for 8 years and wanted to learn how to create my own business after lockdown.

I certainly can, depending on the client. In my experience, people that doesn’t have previous training experience would need more guidance. So I would only take people with at least 4 months experience training.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Make sure we sanitize all the equipment before use.
