We love being able to offer such a vital service, and reduce the hassle and stress that can come from ineffective or unreliable cleaners.
Why should our clients choose you?
We specialise in high quality maintenance office cleaning and currently service around 200 clients in the greater Sydney area.
Our Company Director, Linda Appleford, maintains hands on participation in the day to day affairs of the company and has been at the helm of the company for several decades.
We have a fully manned office with a dedicated team of staff taking care of every aspect of administration. Our Operations Manager and key personnel have an in depth understanding of what’s really required on the job as well as being good organisers, trainers, supervisors and managers.
We believe that communication is the universal solvent and the primary ingredient in any successful business or personal relationship. In keeping with that belief all our staff receive training in this area in additional to the duties of their roles. As such we pride ourselves on our ability to listen and get to the real issues and thus resolve them – with clients, cleaners and suppliers, as well as internally.
We are so confident in our service that we have our own ‘Service Guarantee’.
This states that if you are not completely and utterly satisfied after 1 months of our service – we will offer you 3 months of complimentary cleaning service!

Due to the nature of our industry all our services are done onsite, but we can organise a preliminary proposal before an on site inspection should you wish!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID has impacted all business greatly, and we realise, as your cleaners, it is our responsibility to ensure we do everything we can to safeguard our clients.
To protect our cleaners and you, the following have been implemented;
1. Sanitisation of high touch areas and items during each clean
2. Cleaners to wear full PPE (mask and gloves) and change them for each new site they attend
3. Cleaners to sanitise shoes and any other equipment they bring onsite before entering the premises
4. Cloths are changed between sites, and between areas of sites.
5. Deep cleans and fogging are available at a moments notice should any of our clients have a confirmed case on site.
Commercial Cleaning
We provide high end, affordable office and commercial cleaning.
All clients receive regular third party quality control inspections and any cleaner corrections are implemented swiftly. Client reported issues are addressed rapidly and prompt troubleshooting carried out.
Carpet Steam Clean
A deep steam clean of carpets is too often overlooked and undervalued. Steam cleaning your carpets removes allergens, dirt, mites, stains etc, increases hygiene and overall image and it also gives your carpets a longer life!
We recommend commercial carpet be steamed cleaned at least once per year.
COVID decontamination clean
We understand the need for effective cleaning against COVID for not only the health of your staff, but the health of your business.
All of our clients receive sanitisation of high touch point areas during their scheduled clean, but we are also happy to be able to provide a full decontamination should a confirmed COVID case arise.
Using the best, strongest and safest chemical available (Decon7) we are able to kill 99.9999% of all virus's and bacteria in your space within 3 seconds of contact - whether it be airborne or living on a surface. D7 also protects all surfaces for up to 30 days post fogging – meaning any carrier of COVID will not be able to spread the virus by touch contamination.
