Brazuca Catering born a few years ago when we decide to cook for our friend the food we missed from our country. What started as a hobby soon it became popular and we decide to make it professionally adding a few things from our original cuisine to adapt to the Aussie taste.

What’s your signature dish?
We have a variety of dishes, to accomodate all tastes. However our signature is the Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) which involve a range of meats, sausages and vegies, and can be served in different ways: as a Churrasco Bar, Parrilla (shared plate), Buffet, or Canape.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We get some information about the client preferences, type of party desired and other details about it and make the most suitable menu for the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
See people enjoying our food and been impressed by the flavour.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Friends insisting for me to make another party and another... So we decide make this professionally.
