We offer slow roasted meats (100% Australian produce) cooked on long sword - like skewers over flaming coals in your home or venue.
This unique "Gaucho style" cooking method, called "Churrasco" (choo has ko), originated in Southern Brazil and is now brought to you as a tradition which has been passed down through many generations - an experience you will never forget!

We had a fantastic experience with Brazilian Barbecue Catering! from the 1st moment of getting the quoting and talking on the phone they where always professional, to the day of the event they turned up on time set up with no fuss the food was ready when they said it was, everything was delicious everyone at the party loved the food there was even left overs which the staff packed up for us to put in our fridge with instructions. they then packed up again with no fuss and left everything the way they found it. Myself and all my guests would have no hesitation to recommend them and we will use them for our next event. They did all the hard work and I got all the credit thanks again for a fantastic night. Any wedding wouldn’t be complete without good food and good service. I’m so glad we chose the Brazilian Barbecue Catering who brought the taste of Brazil to our wedding. From the very first email, it was all about making our wedding feel special. The admin staff did a wonderful job, answering all my questions to ensure I was happy with my menu choice. The pre wedding tasting day was fantastic and I knew we were on a good thing when my Brazilian husband said ‘this tastes like my mum’s cooking’! On the day of the wedding, the staff were amazing and the food was fresh and delicious. My Australian family and friends, who had never experienced Brazilian cuisine, still rave about ‘that barbecue wedding’. We will definitely be in contact again for future celebrations! What’s your signature dish?
We are the first Brazilian BBQ Mobile catering company in Sydney, specialized on the 'gaucho style' barbecue. We slow cook the meats to perfection using skewers over a woody charcoal that gives to the meat an unique and authentic flavour.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It's all about food! All our food items are handmade with love at our commercial kitchen and our meats are Grass Fed and Free Range Chicken, so you can be sure to be serving your guests with top quality food. We customize the menu according to your choices.
