How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Achieving your fitness goals is more than just hitting the gym, you have to look at all aspects of your life. Work, social, nutrition, fitness etc. To be successful on your journey I teach all my clients the trick to flexible dieting. It is so important not to feel guilty about the chocolate you just had, you've just got to stick to the rest of it afterwards. Nutrition plays 80% in your outcome/ 20 % actually working out.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Theres no secret. Its going to be hard work, CONSISTENCY, and never giving up. If you want it badly enough you'll allow me to give all the materials necessary for you to build and grow.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I get to meet so many people everyday in the fitness industry who are like-minded and share knowledge with one-another. I love helping others reach their goals and being there for them every step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It occurred from when I originally got back into the gym after some life events. I fell back into love with myself, began a new-found relationship with food and learnt to live life as it comes and goes. Basically, it stemmed from the idea of me always wanting a job I loved and then combining it with fitness. I have always been around sports my whole life and wanted to fill the void when I had stopped. Gym was that as so.
