My Husband and myself both train with Tom from Body to Breath. I had a range of health issues, including scoliosis and I was very unfit. I was also diagnosed with depression. I have had the most incredible fitness and wellness journey with Tom from Body to Breath. I have a relatively stressful corporate career and basically I was burnt out. Tom's programme has rescued my mental wellness and I feel fully recharged and he educated to know how to maintain this. I am also a very physical person and have a lot of injuries from sport, which prevented me from exercise. Since training with Tom, I realise I have been exercising the wrong way all my life. I am an ex professional football player. I am riddled with injuries. I have tried the gym and some other trainers and nearly gave up on trying to gain back my strength, flexibility and fitness, when i found Tom. He is a truely a professional who knows his stuff like no one i have come across. My pain has significantly reduced, at some points it has completly gone. My fitness, flexibility and strength levels are at a level i thought i would not be able to gain. I have abundent amount of energy. I am a happy man. Absolutely Incredible 3 hour corporate wellness workshop. We have been a client of Body to Breath for the past 10 months. We have weekly health and mental well being sessions for all our staff and executive board members in our firm, and they have been such a tremendous feature and necessity in the day and age we work in . These sessions should be made a mandatory addition to all firm and company sectors. The health and well being of all members and staff should be made a priority. Happy, Healthy, focussed staff is conducive to a well working and successful company. Less stress, Less anxiety, absenteeism down and the energy in the workplace, makes it so enjoyable to come and stay at work. It has also had an incredible impact on the personal lives of the staff. I am truly so grateful for having Tom in my life, as my trainer and motivator. In my 56 years I have never experienced a programe, and a service like Tom provides. I was suffering all the effects of COVID and lockdown, depression, weight gain, anxiety, lack of motivation, stress and generally unfit and sick. I sourced out Tom and read his profile and website and I knew he could help me. It has been a journey, a hard one to get back on top, Toms motivation, skillset, his knowledge led me to where I am now. He knows his stuff big time, he knows when to push, how to push and when to stop. I have been a corporate executive for most of my life. I was completely burnt out to the degree where it was affecting my home life. I couldnt sleep, I suffered from severe anxiety, my health suffered greatly, I became extremely unfit. I was spiralling out of control and I had no idea how to get my life back. I was cursed with injury after injury after being very active and playing a lot of sports. Ive had three children and became so unfit after letting myself go and combined with my injuries, i was not in a good place. I tried out a few different gyms, but i find the trainers only scratch the surface of what they should know and they have a one size fits all approach. They know how to make you bulky, and personally speaking i cant stand that look. Plus a gym environment is so uninspiring.. I tried a few pt but i was encountering the same scenario as in the gyms. I then tried Tom after coming highly recommended from a freind and i have not looked back. He is so full of experience and knowledge and has tremendous skill. Patient, pushes you but knows when to stop, fantastic motivator and a very insightful and intelligent man. Knew of my injuries before i could even tell him in detail. His sessions are physically very challenging but he works you up gradually. He is so refreshigly different from that stereotypical pt. I did not even know that style of training even existed. His training does not only get you fit on the outside , it gets you fit on the inside with his holistic breathing. Its fully immersive. I grew up in Bali only surfing as my sport and nothing else. I started working out occasionally with Tommy at a young age but it wasn't until i had kids a started and office job (no surfing) did i really learn the full benefits. When we started 2-3 days a week i noticed all my surfing injuries disappear as my core strengthened this was a god send.
It didn't end there I ended up getting into a high stress scenario after my dad passed away and couldn't clear the clutter from my mind and was going down a pretty unhealthy path when i ran into Tommy after about a year not training with him. It's like he saw how much i needed his help and we agreed to start an intensive 5 day a week every morning training and this is when i learnt so much more than just physical training. The way he is able to increase your energy from zero to 100 in a breathing class or to stabilise your thought patterns from 1000 to calm during a breathing meditation class really is something you won't find anywhere else. I'm a huge fan and will take the information i learned with me throughout my life. I can definitely say it's changed my life for the better in so many ways. Try it out and you won't be dissapointed.

I am an ex peforming athlete, my wife is not. We have been training with Tom for the past 4 years. This is the most complete, effective and superb programe out there. Tom brings his decades of knowledge and experience professionalism, patience and motivation to every class. He is a world class international teacher and its not hard to see why. Tom is an exceptional. He is not only a trainer. He is a master of health mind and spirit. Ive never experienced this type of training before in all my years in the fitness industry. His programe does not only work on the physical hurdles it works on conditioning the mind and internal organs. He is an incredible motivator and i loves how there is the element of holisitc in there.
