I love everything about The Body Emporium ♥️ : the range of fitness classes, the physical space, the dedicated and supportive instructors, the welcoming community of likeminded women, the flexibility to participate in classes and have our little people in attendance, the genuine warmth, care and friendship that Tracey and her team share with each member, child and baby and most importantly, the commitment this organisation makes to supporting its local community. I absolutely love this place, best classes, something for everyone whether you want cardio or weights or some pilates or yoga, andnmy daughter loves coming along to watch or play with other kids. This gym gives me the freedom to look after myself while being a busy mum of three. At Body Emporium there is no excuses, the app to book my classes has also made the whole experiance a breeze.
