What do you love most about your job?
I love to help leaders level up and become effective and impactful in their work. Experiencing their aha moment and seeing them grow fills me with pride, especially when they achieve what they did not think possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for 25 years in and with corporate organizations it was time to change perspectives and do something close to my heart that could make a big impact for the people I work with. I have always been most inspired to help people see themselves in a new light so access their full potential and find new joy and fulfillment in work and life.

I run my coaching sessions by for 90% phone or via zoom.
Not only does this safe time for both you and me, they are also proven to be highly effective. The only exceptions are my leadership development sessions that be given in house.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since most of my sessions are virtual I have not had to make any changes. And with Covid-19 now officially no longer an epidemic it is business as usual.

A bespoke 1:1 coaching program where Coach and Client come together bi-weekly to keep the momentum going and create lasting results.

This service is typical for clients who are looking for a sounding board every once in a while to bounce of new ideas or find new perspectives on existing challenges
A bespoke 1/2 day session that is tailored to the existing need. Typically taken as a one off or done a couple of times per year.
Executive coaching
This service is for you if you are a senior leader, or you run your own business and you have recognised that coaching is an essential part of your success at this level.
Bespoke 1:1 coaching tailored to your specific level and individual needs. Typically, this is a 6-12 month agreement with monthly catch ups.
