Pretty expensive for some run down equipment. I’m glad we checked it out but we won’t be back. The young guy that helped my son with the archery was amazing with kids and guided him so well. Was the best part of the experience! The lady I spoke to when asking about the animal nursery was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. On that note we left. More...

If you want to get back in the saddle this is the place to start. Went for a 1hr trail ride last Sunday, with my daughter. Hadn’t ridden a horse for 44yrs and Skye 20 odd years. Had a wonderful time just moseying along. We got into a trot a few times, leg muscles definitely aren’t what they used to be. Hayley our instructor asked if we would like to try a canter but we declined on that, maybe next time when our confidence is a little higher. The other staff members ( sorry can’t remember your names ) were lovely girls also. The horses although fairly tall are very gentle, just what I needed for my first time back on a horse. Hayley mentioned the Cape Horn Winery for lunch, so we made our way over there. Just a short distance, 10 minutes or so, right on the river and pizza, a glass of wine and a coke, with live music playing. Will definitely be returning. Loved it. More...

On the Easter long weekend my sister and I took our partners and mother down for the 2 hour trial ride. From the moment we arrived it was such a welcoming environment. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Our riding experience ranged from no experience to confident, we all felt safe and at ease throughout the ride. We were also given the opportunity to trot and even canter for the confident riders which we loved. Would definitely recommend. More...

While on holidays we decided to do the 2hr trail ride. Cant reccommend this place highly enough. Most importantly the horses are so well looked after and treated and not over worked! The staff were equally as wonderful, my fiance had never been on a horse before they guided him so well and he actually loved it!! Thank you very much!! More...

Excellent staff and well looked after horses. Our girls aged 10 and 9 loved the 1 hour trail ride. We felt sorry for the staff having to deal with rude customers that made the ride 30 minutes late but will definitely be back again to go for another ride 😊

Couldn’t be happier with Billabong Ranch and their staff. Friendly environment, smiling staff. My little girl’s (7yo) dream has been to ride a horse solo and the trail ride offered by Billabong Ranch was brilliant. 10/10 would recommend.
