I love biggies at Norton Road Wines. If you haven’t tried it, you must! I have had it many times & it doesn’t fail to impress. The most recent experience is their inspired home delivery options. Wow. Amazing To be honest, I can’t decide which was my favourite: fried chicken, bao buns or loaded brisket quesadillas. All were delicious. There were also arguments over the bourbon brownie - I don’t know why as the serves were huge. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in the region, make the effort and support this incredible eatery. More...

Wonderful food and local wines with fabulous views over the vines and valley. So many gluten free options on the menu, including my absolute favourite lemon curd pavlova - yum. There’s also great alfresco dining, often with live music and baravan too! More...

A few girlfriends and myself were suppose to head to qld for the weekend, due to the current circumstances we chose to stay local and try somewhere new for lunch with our children. We are so glad we chose norton road winery. It was just the most wonderful place. Absolutely beautiful location. The food was enormous, so incredibly well priced and absolutely delicious, due to the current circumstances the owners didn’t have some of the produce on the menu as they hand choose and buy local not in bulk, they offered us alternatives and offered items and alternatives that were not on the menu, which they didn’t have to do, but they did, and we were beyond greatful for. They gave the children they’re own table, catered to them with such kindness, spoke with us, took photos for us, and allowed us to wander they’re beautiful gardens and balcony of the restaurant and even pat they’re beautiful puppy dogs! - we honestly couldn’t recommend and speak highly enough of this beautiful venue and beautiful owners. There is nothing pretentious, nothing too difficult. It warm, cosy, inviting and the views and service speak for itself. It is only 20 minutes from Canberra and well worth the small drive for somewhere beautiful to eat, take away, or just enjoy some space from the city. What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem! Thankyou for such a wonderful day! More...
