We initially lay a foundation of either alkaline or an exclusive formulation of organic salts that is nearly twice as effective as phosphoric acid, yet without the unpleasant fumes. Our product is safer to use than hydrochloric, phosphoric and sulphamic acid, yet provides powerful removal of hard water deposits, soap scum and efflorescence form neglected tiles and grout. We then rotary scrub the tiles to aid in the removal of grime, etc. It is then removed by way of flushing the tiles under extremely high pressure and hot water. This leaves the tiles no wetter than putting a mop over them. This process does not discolor the tiles or grout whatsoever.

With our super strong truck mounted machines, we can easily clean any size mattress. Be it single, double, queen or king size mattress, all are cleaned with the same hot water extraction method. This method leaves the mattress slightly damp, and generally dries within a couple of hours.
