How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Accountability it THE main reason we exist. When you have someone looking out for you and holding you accountable, magic happens.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It's more a question of how far you want to go with your training. Not everybody has the same body aspirations, in fact most people we train talk more about how exercise and eating well makes them feel.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing great results and the joy it brings to clients who have perhaps never before experienced how good it can feel to be healthy, fit and strong.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always felt that I could do better than the businesses I worked for. Not that I didn't learn from everyone it was more that I like to determine my own direction.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We definitely do. We do personal training using zoom or facetime so we can see and give accurate feedback as you are performing your exercises. We also have an online platform that you can use for the exercises we prescribe and we track you when you are not with us. We also do Nutrition coaching utilising a world class platform called Precision Nutrition which is all about teaching long term skills to eat better. There is an app that you have access to and an amazing system backing it up build on behavioural science principles.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Obviously online training is the ultimate Covid 19 safe plan but in person we adhere to all the recommendations by the health authorities to keep you safe.
Personal Training Zoom Sessions
These are just like personal training in person except over zoom. The better the set up at home the more options you have training wise but having said that, you can start with just your phone and body weight exercises.
Nutrition Coaching
We use a world class Nutrition Coaching approach as taught by Precision Nutrition who helped literally thousands of people losing body fat and keep it off. You will have access to an app and regular online coaching sessions.
