Hands down, best choice I’ve made training with Ben. He extremely friendly and passionate about his training and educating others. Before Ben moved away I was training with Ben 2 - 3 times a week and find him very consistent positive trainer, who personally gets to know you and pushes you in the right way. Ben had opened my eyes to the fitness world, and has been with me from the start and continues to check in. Best PT I have ever had!!! More...

Ben is enthusiastic and this inspires the client to step up and perform without undue prompting.

He researches new ideas and practices to help you achieve your goals.

Friendly banter and relaxed conversation lightens the tension and stress of new exercises and attempts to increase your exercise loads.

I would still be with Ben if he had not developed and taken opportunities in another city.

Super energetic and enthusiastic to keep you on track for your goals. He creates a fun program that best suits you and your needs, which I found it easier to stay on track because it was enjoyable! He is also very approachable which I found it easy to get along with him.

Benjamin is an amazingly dedicated and hardworking PT. I was someone who was extremely anxious about getting back into the gym, he would motivate me and always ensured I knew what I was doing when it came to exercises. Ben went that extra mile and was available via phone calls/messages when I was feeling unsure about a particular exercise, this is to ensure I was doing everything safely. Overall, he is kind and very approachable this is what drew me to him alongside he’s expertise in exercise and nutrition. I never felt judged by Ben and as a result, I worked harder and achieved all my goals. I feel very lucky to have him as a PT and would definitely recommend.
