I am a member of and supervisor for the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I first trained as a counsellor back in the 1990s and I tend to favour brief, solution-focused approaches designed to help you move forward as quickly as possible. Please be assured that to protect your privacy, all online sessions are conducted via a secure end-to-end encrypted internet service which is very easy to use and you will not need to download any software.
