After my experience this weekend I wouldn’t want to book any events with this venue. My party showed up to a locked venue with no response to calls or messages (and the venue was reading them as we got the “read/seen at time stamp messages). The venue had in no way contacted my party ahead of time to let us know they would be closed, had not refunded the deposit, and we were left standing on the street with all of our food, decorations, etc. You can imagine how devastating this was for the birthday girl. I contacted Baxter’s to hold my birthday at their venue and from that point they helped create the best celebration I’ve had to date!
