Matthew was proactive, professional and working with him and his team was a great experience. The event was a special birthday party for approximately 20 guests.
The canapes were freshly prepared in our kitchen, super delicious and not run of the mill. Watching Matthew at work in our kitchen was all part of the fun. It's obvious he loves what he does and he puts his heart into the job and has pride in what is brought out to guests.
The Birthday girl had a fantastic time and so did all the guests. The waitress on the day was Nikki, who has fine dining experience, was very engaged and attentive and ahead of me a lot of the time.
This team did everything to make the day a success on the catering front and left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend them. Their instagram page accurately reflects quality of what they produce and while not the cheapest on the market, they are worth it!
Not only that they take the wise cracks about being Bare Chested with very good humour!
