On 21 Dec, I booked online a table for 2 for Christmas day 25 Dec. I received email confirmations & text confirmation instantly. A day before the booking, I got another text asking to confirm, which I did. That was followed by an email confirmation by the bar and a text confirmation. On Christmas day at 2.47pm I received an email letting me know my booking was cancelled without any reason bit just to ring the bar. I rang numerous times and no one answered. Checked the website but no notice of closure. Finally I checked Bar petite facebook page. There I found they put up a notice on 23 Dec that they will be closing over Xmas! Why did none of the staff bother to call me? Now I’m stuck on holidays trying to find somewhere open for Xmas lunch/ dinner. Terrible customer service! More...
