I’ve had a few cakes baked by Gabriela, last week it was for my daughters birthday. We need both vegan and gluten free for our family dietary requirements. Gabriela is so wonderful and easy to communicate with. Everything is easy to organise. I have ordered on both occasions the naked sponge cake, Gabriela has decorated the top with some pretty flowers.
