I reached out to Prisca to help my daughter who was not coping on a daily basis. She had spent time in hospital due to her mental health, she takes medication to help her and has contact with a community case worker and doctors. She was still very low, very anxious and sad. I looked for an alternative, and a life coach seemed to make sense.
My daughter was reluctant at first but after a few sessions with Prisca I believe she began to accept Prisca’s methods. My daughter saw that she did need someone to help her manage herself by setting goals and prioritizing.
My daughter is back! After 2 years of struggling to carry out the simplest of tasks, crying and isolating from her friends, she has made what seems to be a full recovery.
I am so very, very grateful that Prisca came into my daughters life. Her brothers and sisters are also very grateful.
I highly recommend Prisca to anyone needing help to find the joy in life. I hope that other mothers will also be able to feel the relief to have their child functioning and participating in life again. More...
