We’ve had takeaway about 5 times now and while the food is generally ok, I must say they are yet to be as good as Fermenti, the old restaurant at this location. Especially their ragu sauce - please Da Toto, track down whoever cooked Fermenti’s ragu and get the recipe! More...

Pizza was burnt and over priced. Staff were rude. We were offered still or sparkling water and we chose still. Checked our bill at the end of the night and they tried to charge us $9 for the water. When I bought this to the attention of the man who took our payment he claimed that we had three options: still, sparkling, or tap. I explained tap was never offered to us and we we’re told of the charge. He said “If you don’t want to pay for the water then next time don’t drink it.” It was incredibly rude. I refused to pay for the water which we were not informed about. The man began to rudely argue with us. He was aggressive, loud, and rude. What was worse was that the water was from a refilled Voss bottle. When we “opened” the water the seal was already broken. They are trying to charge $9 a bottle for tap water. Pizza was burnt and not enjoyable. Would not recommend and would not go again. I believe this place is busy because it is new. Once people go here once they will not return as the service is awful, food is burnt, and it is overpriced. More...

Without a doubt Highly recommend Da Toto Restaurant in every aspect. The service was outstanding 10/10. Friendly and professional staff and owners who couldn’t do more for us to ensure that we had the best possible dining experience. Thank you . The food from entree to pizzas and pasta was simply superb. Desserts were exceptional and mouthwatering with plating similar to what your would receive in hatted restaurants. Exceptional! Myself along with 8 other of my guests concluded unanimously that Da Toto is the best Italian restaurant in Sydney and we will definitely be returning again and again! 10/10 in every aspect Highly Highly Recommended More...
