I create a program that is easy to follow, progressive, educational and targeted to your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no secret, just straight up hard work. You have to want it bad enough that you prioritise training above anything that will hinder you reaching your goal.
What do you love most about your job?
Teaching people new ways of training and doing things against the typical personal trainer method.
Educating people on the science and the WHY behind their training so they know WHY they are doing it which helps them along the path to success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew i could do things better than most. I had a drive to teach people my methods of training and educate them on the principles of fitness, health and performance.

I'm not for everyone, but if you want to do things different from the 100 rep sets, and trust in consistency, evidence based programming and hard work, then I'm your guy and I guarantee i'll get you to where you want to be!
