After eight years back to playing competitive tennis, I knew that if I really wanted to be as good as possible, I needed to do more than just play more tennis. I looked at a few YouTube videos and pieced together a few things, but what I really needed was a proper tennis-focused strength and conditioning program -- one that was designed just for me that was flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. Through steady encouragement, well researched reassurance, planned strength training and consistent running sessions, I triumphed and successfully completed the marathon.
