Thank you to Amanda and team for catering for our small wedding. The food was excellent. The kitchen was left spotless. We had a change to our menu and guest numbers with only a week notice and Amanda was very flexible. Some guests had challenging dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian and nut allergies that were no problem for Amanda to cater for. Just want to say what a huge success the evening was thanks to your team. My friends were squealing with delight at every one of the seven dishes prepared by Chef Caleb and his assistant Song at my birthday dinner. Wonderful menu, beautifully presented and all we had to do was sit there and be spoiled all evening. Our Chef (Darrin) was personable, engaging polite and his food was to die for. He is truly a food magician. When he arrived, we showed him a selection of crockery, where the pots and pans were and he promptly told us to go and relax and that he would serve us our first course soon.
