What do you love most about your job?
The ability to assist people in either fulfilling their dream of property ownership.
It is also very satisfying to help those who may have been rejected elsewhere for whatever reason to help them as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start Asmymkia Loans came about as it provided an avenue by which I could constructively use my expertise in the financial services field.
Why should our clients choose you?
While based in Melbourne, Asmymkia Loans has a growing national client base and is geared towards this end. We have experience in dealing with all States and Territories which is not something many mortgage brokers may have.

As we do deal on a national stage, we have the ability to contact meetings and business through online means and particularly through ZOOM which has been instrumental in the growth of the business in the past few years.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Given that we work remotely and online in the bulk of our business COVID has not affected Asmymkia Loans in a material way. What it did do was encourage strategic thought about the direction of the business and meant that there was more of a focus towards the national rather than the Melbourne market.

It has expertise in refinancing and consolidating loans, commercial loans and helping those who may struggle to get finance elsewhere to possibly obtaining that finance.
