We have an office at 45 Watt St Newcastle, but also provide our services remotely. We offer appointments via phone and Zoom and all documentation that we require can be uploaded to our online portal.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID lockdowns, our office is closed for physical appointments, so all home loan discussions take place via Zoom. When not in lockdown, our office adheres to QR Code Check-in regulations and all tables and chairs in our meeting rooms are sanitised after each appointment.
