We like to have our first few meetings in person, the rest can be remote as long as there is effective communication. We use a 2 week reporting system where you can click and play with your mobile app within the first two weeks of us working together.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are minimising contact by working at home. Most of our communication is on the online space so this hasn't affected us.
