What do you love most about your job?
Helping our clients achive their dream design and homes. Creative freedom. We like to brainstorm and think out of the box for our concepts. Our job can be very challenging at times, but then again, it pushes us and our senses to full potential. Even though we are all working on different projects, it still feels like we are one big team creating many innovative, top-notch designs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Let me start by saying if you have “it” in you, you’ll start “it” someday. Most entrepreneurs started their business not just because their ideas were good or they had the money to try something, it’s because they were born to be. We wanted to be diffeent. We wanted to do more then just your traditional engineering.

Depending onf the nature of the project, we can provide both online and remotely servces.
We communicate well with our clients but even more importantly we are open minded and amazing listeners and we love challenging projects.
On the big projects we always recommend all parties (Architect, Builder, Engineers, Contractors, etc.) sit down for a meeting initially and discuss any challenges, difficulties or suggestions between everyone involved. This way everyone understands the full scope of the project and we can all get on with it (saves confusion/time and countless email backwards and forwards, delays, etc.). Where geographically challenged we use ZOOM or SKYPE to carry out these meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep up with the latest via DHHS. The current global health crisis is hitting businesses especially hard.
People are being forced to change their lifestyles, adjust to working from home and reevaluate their needs. With all of this uncertainty, it’s important to communicate with your customers and your team with empathy and compassion.
