I would rate 10* for Antony if this system allows me to do. This is my first home and Antony had helped me to arrange everything from choosing the best lender to housing insurance. He also followed up with the lender's BDM to get the approval as soon as possible. One of the best things I really appreciated about Antony is that he spent time to explain and advise about the pros and cons of having an offset account and not. When I get a client approved, that another broker couldn't is the most satisfying element, however, ensuring my clients are in the best position they can be and just providing the right advice, even if that deal doesn't go ahead is vital.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There's a lack of information in the industry and I felt insufficient advice was being provided

I provide trusted advice and give them the options that I would utilise - I don't just use 5 lenders on my panel - I have 38 for a reason and will use any of those to get the client the best product and strategy moving forward
