What do you love most about your job?
The genuine, positive change it can bring to the lives of others! I’m an extremely curious person, so I love to utilise that and ask out-of-the-box questions that invoke deeper thinking. In the coaching setting, that can lead to some real ‘a-ha’ moments that leave people feeling empowered. That fulfils my second passion – people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coaching and positive psychology have been burning interests for me for the past 10 years, but I was ‘comfortable’ in my career. I was actually very close to taking another corporate role before Kinetic Effect was born, but throughout the process, I finally admitted to myself that it wasn’t lighting me up. I had to practice what I preach! I now help business owners, leaders (emerging or established) unleash their own potential, just as I am with myself.

I’m open and non-judgemental. My breadth of experience combined with my insatiable curiosity allows me to look at things from totally new angles, unlocking new insights through questions that get to the core of the issue.
More importantly, I understand what my clients are going through. I’ve had the ‘stuck’ feeling in a corporate career, I’m now living my own creation, running my own business and navigating the challenges and opportunities that come along with that, as well. I don’t pretend to know everything and that creates a safer space for my clients to be transparent about their challenges.

Yes, I can. Nearly all of my clients work with me remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My services are completely run online utilising a combination of Zoom, online whiteboarding, voice messages etc.
