I help busy Mums and Dads return to exercise after injury or time away from the gym.

If it has been years since you have stepped foot in the gym or you have never even been in a gym I am the coach for you.

If you have been away from the gym due to injury and are wanting to return to the gym or your sport/regular day to day life I am the coach for you.

Andrew is an amazing and knowledgeable coach to work with.
He is so knowledgeable across so many different training styles, mobility, back pain relief, just to name a few.
I started out with Drew as a client back in September 2019, I was quite heavy and just had minimal knowledge as I had only done bodybuilding training previously. We worked through a lot of CrossFit workouts which was customised to my needs. He kept me accountable and helped me develop a habit of training.
I developed a back injury in 2020 and he was a big help with getting me back on track with my training. My physio had told me that I can’t lift anymore heavy weights (which was my favourite part of training) but Drew setup a plan where we strategically and slowly worked to get rid of my back pain and how to manage it.
In June of 2022, I wanted to start training for a Powerlifting competition. Drew helped me through a few training cycles and helped me hit a pb on all 3 of my lifts.
This was a big moment for me as I was able to go from back pain to deadlifting 190kgs as a pb.

I’ve been working with Drew for 5 years - in the beginning it was to help me get stronger and improve my technique. The last couple have had a competition focus - it’s been an incredible journey. Drew’s not just a coach but a fitness professional who has not just helped me to get stronger or fitter as I get older but has also kept me injury free along the way. I want to maintain my independence in life for as long as I can, competition is something I do because I love it - to achieve both though, is more than just being able to do the physical - it’s the recovery, the mindset, the nutrition, calling BS on your excuses etc without Drew these aspects would have been neglected.

His approach has helped me in and out of the gym and I can confidently say has contributed to my confidence that transcends the gym and my performance on the competition floor. Not to mention I’m still getting stronger and fitter!

Why I highly recommend Drew is his ability to tailor programming to your individual needs and abilities but knows when you’re ready to push you outside your comfort zone to reach your goals no matter if they are personal, or competitive - Drew will hold you accountable!

In my mid sixties, I experienced a lot of hip, neck and back pain. I used to go to a chiropractor every 6 weeks. After Andrew set up a strengthening program for me to follow, I stopped going to her and can now move without pain and I feel so much healthier. I am now in my early seventies, and I will continue to follow his program, which he adjusts quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend Andrew as a coach. More...

Yes, my main service is an online offering, whether you are a beginner or experienced I have the systems to help you succeed

Services

My personal training services, I will travel to where you are and provide all equipment or utilize the equipment you have if you want to learn how to use it.

I will work with you 2 times a week for 3 - 6 months before progressing you to my online service, if after 6 months you aren't able to train on your own, then I haven't done my job well.

You do not have to progress online, but that is where a lot of my clients will go as it is more cost-effective and they can get more time from me over the whole week.

My online coaching services are an all-inclusive service.

You will have contact with me through my app each day, along with daily feedback, a weekly check-in, and a monthly call.

We will work on:

- Nutrition
- Lifestyle
- Habits
- Stress
- Sleep

Don't worry we won't work on all of this at once.
