Superstar Agent = Superstar Results When I first met Veli at an open home, I thought wow this guy is full on and thought he must have had a triple shot coffee before the open to have that much excitement Early on a Saturday morning. . he called and we spoke about the property and his enthusiasm for the property and his job was a very welcome change from the normal agents I deal with on a regular basis in my job in the new construction sector of real estate. I invited him to come and appraise my home as we had been considering selling for quite a while. his ability to build repore instantly with myself and my wife was pretty amazing. He gave us good feedback of what we needed to do to get our property ready for sale and his brutal honesty was definitely welcomed by Krystal and I. All the way through the preparation stage his level of contact was great and confirmation that we had the right agent. The team he uses for marketing are spot on he knows what he is doing, and his results show this he sold the home on the first viewing and got top dollar!! He blew my expectations of sale by a great margin. His followup skills are second to none. If you want to sell your home there is only one agent to call, seriously!!
