The team at AirXperts from sales to install was nothing short of professional and the result is, I went back to them for my a/c install for my new apartment and I am happy to say that nothing has changed, they are still professional, friendly and quick with the install. During the install they were seeking ways to help us save money, working in accordance with our strata requirements and they were not afraid to throw additional bodies to help get the job done at the shortest time possible. If you are looking for a competitively priced, professional and customer focused company, look no further. AirXperts recently decommissioned and removed an old system and installed a new reverse cycle ducted system in its place. The technicians were in and out in a day and the only way you would have know they were on site was by the beautiful heating we enjoyed later that evening. From initial enquiry, to onsite quote, to installation Natalie ensured everything ran smoothly and professionally. I am soo glad I found AirXperts, They literally came out and replaced my whole ducted unit with less than 48hours notice. The three men that came out to do the works were very polite, neat & quick at getting the job done . A pleasure to have as they even chatted away to my very inquisitive 4 yr old. I chose these guys on the basis of their great reviews. Here is another one. Excellent phone customer service explaining what would be done and when with prompt follow up. Their technicians arrive at or very near the stated times and do a great job. Mine was a bit tricky due to awkward access to the external unit but they got round that with a bit of ingenuity. Install was far better than the messy, shoddy, poorly thought out job done on the unit they replaced! They re-positioned the external unit to make future access far easier. The AC kit itself is whisper quiet and very effective. Very competitively priced too. It seems they are expanding their business, I dealt with a trainee on the phone who was accompanied by an experienced person and the technician was cleary training up the guys that were with him - good on them, their business model is top notch. I particularly liked how attentive they are to getting you to do a review - I would have anyway but its great that they get it! Would recommend (already have) and use these guys again. Great job!
